Salonee was a Programme Consultant and Curriculum Specialist at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes. Her academic credentials include a Master of Science in Governance and Leadership in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (Biomedical) from the National University of Singapore. She is also pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Learning Support for Specific Learning Differences by Dyslexia Association of Singapore.
In her role as Programme Consultant and Curriculum Specialist, Salonee played a pivotal role in evaluating specialised assessment results to develop tailored 1-on-1 curricula for students with language development and cognitive processing deficiencies. She effectively led and mentored a team of 10-15 teachers, ensuring high-quality instruction and adept management of behavioural challenges. Her responsibilities also included engaging with parents and refining teaching practices to enhance overall effectiveness.
Salonee is particularly skilled at identifying students’ strengths and weaknesses in areas such as reading, language comprehension, math, and writing. She has also worked intensively with students facing challenges in cognitive skills, including memory, processing speed, visual processing, critical thinking, logical reasoning, and more, helping them improve their efficiency and overall cognitive performance. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to guiding fellow teachers through continuous support, mentoring, and coaching to improve instructional delivery and client satisfaction.
