Yan Xuan conducts initial evaluations with students and parents to understand their goals, challenges, and needs. Additionally, Yan Xuan assesses student profiles and recommends suitable programs, tailoring plans to meet individual student needs.

In his role as Program Advisor, Yan Xuan maintains regular contact with students and parents to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues. He schedules and conducts follow-up meetings to reassess student needs and adjusts programs as necessary. Additionally, Yan Xuan collaborates closely with teachers to ensure the smooth implementation of personalised learning plans and effectively communicates student progress and feedback to relevant staff members.
