Package Terms
  • Payment for all therapy packages is due before or on the commencement of the package, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Centre.
  • A therapy package is deemed confirmed once the Parent/Guardian confirms the purchase in writing (including via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other electronic communication), makes payment, or instructs the Centre to proceed. Upon confirmation, the applicable package fees become payable in accordance with the Centre’s Payment Policy.
  • The Centre may postpone or suspend lessons if payment is not received by the due date.
  • Therapy packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared between students or siblings.

Package Renewals

  • A package purchase or renewal may be confirmed by written communication (including WhatsApp, email, SMS, or other electronic communication), online confirmation, or payment.
  • By confirming a package renewal, the Parent/Guardian agrees to the Centre’s prevailing Terms & Conditions and Lesson Policies in force at the time of confirmation.

Refund Policy

  • All package fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
  • Unused sessions, early withdrawal, relocation, scheduling conflicts or change of mind will not entitle the Parent/Guardian to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Outstanding Payments

  • The Centre may suspend lessons and release reserved therapy slots if payment is overdue.
  • The Parent/Guardian remains liable for payment of all confirmed package purchases.


Lesson Policies

  • Lessons will proceed as scheduled even if a student arrives late. There will be no extension or replacement of lesson time. Notification to the admin for lateness is not required.
  • Lessons will be forfeited if absence is not informed in advance.
  • Each student will be assigned to one or two therapists. If both therapists are unavailable due to leaves or courses, another therapist will be arranged to cover the session on that day without prior notice.
  • We have a 24-hour rescheduling/cancellation policy. Please WhatsApp the Centre’s admin as early as possible. Kindly notify the admin only, not the therapist.
  • Fixed weekly time slots may be withdrawn if there are excessive cancellations, and booking will then be subjected to availability.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before the end of each session for pick-up.
  • With parental consent, the Centre may use photographs or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes. Where consent is not given, the student’s face will not be shown.
