Vienna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and has close to six years of experience supporting children with diverse learning needs across early intervention, preschool, and lower primary settings.

Throughout her career, Vienna has developed a strong understanding of how to recognise individual needs, adapt communication styles, and personalise intervention approaches to support meaningful progress. Her experience spans individual and group intervention, IEP development, learning environment design, progress monitoring, and evidence-based intervention strategies. She is particularly attentive to a child’s readiness and underlying foundational skills, adapting programmes when needed rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

Over the years, Vienna has developed and delivered intervention programmes, supported group classes, guided junior therapists, and worked closely with families through parent-teacher meetings and regular communication. She has also gained experience in individualised programme planning, SMART-goal IEPs, data collection, and outcome reviews, and has contributed to improvements in documentation and progress-monitoring processes.

Vienna is passionate about working with children and finds great meaning in being part of their developmental journey. She values the opportunity to support children as they build new skills, grow in confidence, and experience meaningful progress in their everyday lives.

In her free time, Vienna enjoys staying active through regular gym sessions.
